  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.






3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery



  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (tracking included)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (tracking included, higher cost)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)

4. Shipping Costs



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (to be determined).






5. Order Tracking



  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.






6. Risk of Loss & Title



  • All orders are carefully packaged, but once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
  • By Aletheia LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
