At By Aletheia LLC, we take pride in creating premium activewear designed to empower your movement and well-being. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Personalized items (if any) or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

3. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item first following the return instructions.
• Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

4. Return Process

• We will provide instructions on how to securely send your items back.
• Please use a trackable shipping method for your return; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
